Grady Grateful Patient

Martha Flores, of Decatur, Georgia, shared the following story about her experience at Grady.

“I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience with Dr. Rosa Pasculli, who has been an extraordinary doctor throughout my foot injury journey. From the very beginning, she was intentional, attentive and compassionate about my care. When I first came to her with severe pain in my right foot, she immediately took my concerns seriously. She ordered an MRI to get to the root of the problem, and the results showed that I had a fracture in my foot.

Rather than stopping there, Dr. Pasculli continued to monitor my progress closely. Because the pain persisted, she scheduled a second MRI to ensure nothing was overlooked. That additional MRI revealed that not only was my foot fractured, but I also had three fractured toes. Dr. Pasculli's persistence and thoroughness made all the difference in my recovery. She ensured that I received the appropriate treatment and placed me in a walking boot for two and a half months, which allowed my foot to heal properly.

Throughout the entire process, Dr. Pasculli remained patient, professional and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan and made sure I understood what was happening. Her compassion and commitment gave me peace of mind during a very painful and uncertain time. Dr. Pasculli is truly an extraordinary doctor who goes above and beyond for her patients. I am deeply grateful for her dedication, her kindness and the exceptional care she provided.”
