Renovated Grady Heart and Vascular Center opens

Grady’s newly renovated Heart and Vascular Center opened this month, offering a brighter, more welcoming space for our patients and expanding access to world-class care.

Donors to the Power of Grady campaign supported the renovation of the 14,000-square-foot center to expand clinical capacity from 26 to 42 treatment areas, including exam rooms, vascular and stress testing.

The new space also allows doctors, nurses and clinicians to work more collaboratively and deliver care more efficiently and keep patients at the center of everything we do.

The updated Heart and Vascular Center is reducing wait times for appointments, delivering more capacity for referrals from Grady’s outpatient centers and reducing hospital stays and ER visits.

Grady’s Heart and Vascular Center doesn’t just treat heart disease, it plays an active role in disease prevention. This expansion is a powerful step forward in creating more healthy days for Atlantans and creating a healthier future for our community.
