Grady welcomes orthopedic alumni for reunion and symposium
Grady recently welcomed more than 70 alumni of its orthopedics residency program for an inaugural reunion and symposium.
The special gathering, March 20-21, celebrated Grady’s proud legacy of orthopedic excellence. It brought together alumni, faculty, residents and friends to reconnect, share knowledge and, along with current Grady leadership, support the future of orthopedic care at Grady.
Following a welcome dinner on Friday, the group convened at the hospital on Saturday for a series of presentations ranging from the treatment innovations and the future of the orthopedics program to reflections on their Grady training experiences and the impact it made on their careers.
Special guests included Dr. Toni McLaurin, Dr. Tom Moore, Sr., and Dr. George Wright, all considered Grady “ortho legends.
Thanks to all those who made the event possible, including its generous sponsors.
