Grady Grateful Patient

Latosha Stewart, of Atlanta, shared the following story about her experience at Grady.

“Grady saved my life. I went from the ICU to the trauma floor. I had to have my appendix and right colon removed. Days later, I found out that I had stage 1 colon cancer, which they successfully removed when they took my colon out. If it weren't for the team at Grady, I wouldn't have known just how seriously my health was failing me. I would like thank Mrs. Margaret (nurse on the 6th floor) and Dr. Patel, along with the entire surgical team, for taking such wonderful care of me. Thank you all so much and may you all be blessed abundantly!”
