Grady Grateful Patient

Salomia Pope, of Atlanta, Georgia, shared the following story about her experience at Grady.

“I’m grateful for Grady and my primary care physician Dr. Renee Wheeler. She has been my doctor for over 15 years and has been very supportive throughout my health journey. I started seeing Dr. Wheeler five years after my breast cancer surgery. She was very helpful in helping me find out I had heart disease (congestive heart failure), which led to me getting a heart transplant on December 7, 2023. Currently, we are on a new chapter with my post-transplant treatment. Thanks Dr. Renee Wheeler and Grady.”
