Georgia leads the nation in HIV rates for adults and adolescents. That’s why Grady opened the Ponce De Leon Center in 1986. Today, it is dedicated to helping patients live long, healthy lives through innovative research, compassionate treatment and the latest prevention tools.

More than 11,000 patients benefit from the Ponce Center’s support, care and community, but the harsh reality is that changes in federal funding a making harder to achieve our mission.

Eric Paul Leue, Grady’s vice president of HIV Services, shares the impact the Ponce Center makes throughout our community and the uncertain future the center faces.

Your gift will help bridge a $2 million gap caused by federal funding cuts, allowing us to continue treatment and prevention efforts that are vital to our community’s well-being.
