Jeff Esola

Executive Director of Operations and Stewardship

Jeff Esola has built a career around making our community a better place to live. He joined the Grady Health Foundation in 2021, bringing with him experience in leading organizations that impact our city, state and region. He served on the senior development team at United Way of Greater Atlanta for four years and prior to that, was on the staff at the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, first as Membership Director, where he led the organization to historic highs in both membership and funding. He was later promoted to senior executive and helped guide the state chamber through more than ten years of dynamic growth. Jeff grew up in Cobb County and attended LaGrange College. Following graduation, he spent four years on the professional staff of his national fraternity, Pi Kappa Phi, in Charlotte, NC. Jeff consistently demonstrates a passion for community service, a commitment he continues at the Grady Health Foundation.
